No sorry, our showbags are sold exclusively to the Royal Shows.
Depending on your location in Australia, we may be coming to a Royal Show near you later in the year.
As the Royal Shows are a limited time event, sales are final and we cannot accept change of mind returns.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if you have a faulty item or showbag, we encourage you to bring it to our attention at the Emporium Showbags stand while you are still attending the show.
Otherwise, please email a photo of your issue and proof of purchase to hello@emporiumshowbags.com.au within 30 days of your purchase and we'll gladly sort it out.
We sincerely apologise if a showbag was not available during your visit to the Emporium Showbag stand.
Our team works tirelessly each night to replenish stock, ensuring everything is ready for each show day. We promise we pack our backrooms to full capacity to meet demand!
However, sometimes a showbag is very popular and can sell out by late afternoon or in the final days of the event. We always recommend making your showbag purchases early in the day to avoid disappointment.
No sorry, all our showbags are pre-packed and we do not sell items separately.
No, sorry but we have a strict stock allocation to ensure fairness. Unfortunately, swapping items could result in someone else missing out. We appreciate your understanding.
No, sorry but we are unable to hold and store any showbags. There are affordable lockers located just outside of the Showbag Pavilion.
Please note some items packed in our showbags can vary by type or colour or flavour but they will have the same or higher recommended retail price.
If your choice item was not available, we will offer you an alternative choice item before you agree to purchase.

Our showbag contents are sponsored by our sampling partners. Our sample partners choose from our range of showbag brands and shows so this means that our showbag contents differ between shows.
We are not currently hiring for the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show as applications have closed. Please send an expression of interest, with your resume and short cover letter, to staffing@chicanemarketing.com.au prior to showtime if you're interested in working with us at Queensland (Ekka), Adelaide or Melbourne Royal Shows.
Yep, we were previously known as Chicane Showbags or The Emporium. We have recently rebranded to Emporium Showbags to focus on bringing you the most exciting and curated selection of premium showbags at the Royal Shows!
We are no longer the distributors of Bertie Beetle, Nestle or sports showbags but don't worry, you can still get them online at https://www.showbagshop.com.au/ or at the Royal Shows from our friends National Showbags.
